Early music composed only by women - we, the Ensemble Cité des Dames, together with wonderful musical guests, are bringing this rarely performed repertoire back to the public in our concert cycle "Sonus feminæ" at Villa Elisabeth Berlin. On Saturday, May 13, 2023 the series will start with the program "BEYOND THE VEIL" with music of Italian nunneries of the 16th and 17th century.
