Responsible events

27.05.20
The cancellation of all events since mid-March caused by the Covid 19 pandemic has hit us hard, so we are all the more pleased to have the opportunity to reopen from August. As a multidisciplinary cultural venue, which inspires many artists to unusual ideas, it has always been our goal to make them possible with creativity and flexibility and to focus on the safety and well-being of all participants.
Our team was able to benefit from this experience when creating a concept adapted to the new requirements. We are also particularly lucky that our spacious locations offer suitable solutions even under the changed conditions:

PROVIDING ADEQUATE SPACE FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • wide high rooms (height St. Elisabeth 15 m, hall of the Villa Elisabeth 8,30 m)
  • very good ventilation through large window areas and smoke extraction systems
  • seating plans with enough distance between the seats
  • ticketing with exact seating, if desired
  • contactless, data protection compliant registration via our website
  • several entrances and staircases as well as an optimized inlet and outlet management
  • well thought-out guidance system with extended corridors width
  • flexible room concepts
  • video transmission to other rooms for more audience or (live) streaming
  • outdoor area (church park) for the realization of breaks and open-air events

HIGHEST STANDARDS OF HYGIENE

  • disinfectant dispensers in all important areas
  • increased cleaning intervals for contact points (e.g. sanitary facilities, handrails, door handles, counters)
  • visitor navigation by well-trained and attentive staff
  • wearing a mouth-and-nose protection at the entrance and exit as well as at catering stands

SUITABLE GASTRONOMY OFFERS

  • spatially distributed, contactless self-service stations
  • individually portioned food in a glass, hygienic and sustainable
  • Cutlery, packed separately in paper bags
  • Drinks in small glass bottles, contactless opening

PROTECT EACH OTHER TOGETHER

  • all prevention measures are not only aimed at our guests, but of course include all participants, i.e. service providers, partners and our own team
  • balancing of delivery and assembly/disassembly times
  • sufficient space and increased hygiene in the artists' dressing rooms, in the catering return, break areas and on stage

In our download area you will find "distance-safe" seating plans.

Of course, we also offer individual advice. You will find the right contact person under TEAM.
