Artistic Profile
Arts & Culture
Since September 2022, artist and curator Alexis Hyman Wolff has been developing the public cultural program in the former administration building and gatekeeper's lodge. The program focuses on themes such as death, loss, loneliness, and change, inviting visitors to reflect on these experiences artistically and engage in conversation.
Exhibitions, readings, discussion evenings, pastoral care services, and workshops give the place a poetic, lively profile—inspired by nature, cultural traditions, and transitions in life.
The exhibitions and workshop series, such as the School of Passing On and the Studio of Transience, remove the taboo surrounding death and finitude and approach these topics artistically, practically, and across generations.
Readings, concerts, and discussion evenings are also part of the cultural program at LISBETH.
