Joachim Meyerhoff: "Alle Toten fliegen hoch" (All the Dead Fly High) – New Texts 4
7:30 p.m. | Doors open at 6:45 p.m.
Reading | Literature | Unpublished texts | Series
The origin of his series of novels Alle Toten fliegen hoch (All the Dead Fly High) was a series of theater evenings featuring both storytelling and readings. Joachim Meyerhoff returns to these roots of his writing with this series. So these will be less readings in the traditional sense and more explorations with an uncertain outcome. Villa Elisabeth is an inspiring place where a wide variety of formats and genres come together, where the unknown finds its way to each other or where friction gives rise to something new, often completely unintentionally. It is a promising match that Joachim Meyerhoff is embarking on here into the unknown.
The series will continue on the following dates, each at 7:30 p.m. Individual tickets for each reading are available on the dates page:
Tuesday, May 12, 2026: "Alle Toten fliegen hoch" (All the Dead Fly High) | New Texts 5
